Cookie Policy
Last updated: 16 June 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Intelligent Matrix s.r.o. ("AppDock") uses cookies and similar technologies on the AppDock Platform. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and GDPR Notice.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. Cookies allow the site to recognise your device and remember information (e.g. login state, preferences). We do not use localStorage for any tracking or preference storage. Cookie consent preferences are stored in the appdock_consent cookie (12-month expiry). sessionStorage is not used by AppDock. "Cookies" in this Policy also includes pixels and SDKs we may use.
2. Categories of cookies we use
2.1 Strictly necessary (always on)
Required to operate the Platform — authentication, security, load balancing, fraud prevention, CSRF protection. These cannot be disabled.

2.4 Marketing (consent-based)
Used only if you opt in: measuring the effectiveness of campaigns and re-engagement.
| Provider | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| LinkedIn Insight Tag | B2B campaign attribution | 180 days |
| Google Ads | Conversion measurement | 90 days |
Note: LinkedIn Insight Tag collects your LinkedIn member ID if you are logged in to LinkedIn. This requires explicit consent and is only activated when you specifically accept marketing cookies.
3. Managing your preferences
When you first visit AppDock, a consent banner asks you to accept, reject or customise non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer or in your dashboard.
You can also manage cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge each provide controls to block or delete cookies). Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent the Platform from functioning.
4. Do Not Track
We respect the GPC (Global Privacy Control) signal: when present, we treat it as a withdrawal of consent for analytics and marketing cookies.
5. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology or law. Material changes will be highlighted in the consent banner.
